So I'm not working for The Fund anymore.  Didn't make quota for 2 consecutive weeks.  So thems the rules.  I would have been fine with that except that they didnt exactly tell me that.  Yes, its in the employee handbook, but I was pretty sure that "dont worry about it, just make quota next week" meant something different than "hey make quota next

Yeah, you should have asked me about working for the Fund, and I would have been able to tell you exactly this. It's a very large scale bureaucracy and directors are required to be basically inflexible about the rules (I would know).

Quotas suck. They are based on numbers from the old economy.
