it's now been a month since school started...
and everyone is PUSHING me to become something.

school:
"seniors get you SAT/ACT's done."
"where will you be in 10 years?"

mom:
"robert told me to tell you to get in touch with kerri about things needed..."

everyone:
"im so excited to grow up. are you going to college?"

why do i continue to do this to myself?
all the wrong people

Just another silly teenage girl
who keeps her hopes too high
&& her jeans too low.
who lives by quotes
& can't even seem to say the right thing at the right time.
She's just another pretty girl,
looking for herself in a big bad world,
who just wants someone to love her,
& then everything would be okay.

welp. tomorrow marks the start of
SENIOR YEAR
i'm totally excited. i really cannot wait!

this year..i set standards for myself:
-don't miss more then three days each semester
-honor roll each marking period
-participate in anything & everything
-don't change for anyone
-be myself, don't be scared
-make homecoming queen 
-or military ball
-do school soccer
