So I've got a job interview today and have spent the last 24 hours freaking out, you know, as you do. I can clearly remember saying to my former coworkers, about two weeks before I got laid off, that I wouldn't want this very same job under any circumstances, and I guess I stand by that. I just had a dream about you. You had somehow gotten me a room inside a college dorm full of art students, even though I am definitely not an art student, and you were sneaking me to my new digs. We ran into a bunch of dudes in the lounge who were doing some sort of crazy experiment that caused total but temporary paralysis. At first I thought it was some kind of sonic death wave, but then they showed us that it was just an airborne neurotoxin. The weirdest part was how genuine and intense the paralysis felt, in my sleep. I woke up briefly worried that I was dying.
