... but you sometimes have to haggle.

I'm dealing with Discmakers in duplicating the Mardi Gras DVD. We talked on the phone then they emailed me a quote. If I had simply said "OK" I'd be paying $300 more and would receive the DVDs a week late. I had to actually say "well on your site it says..." several times. i got them at a price... not necc a good price! but at least it wasnt as bad as it could have been.
