Lily's power, basically, is to cause tech to glitch with her voice (talking, singing, humming, etc.). There won't be any permanent damage but while her ability is in effect, any electronics within a roughly twenty feet radius will be doing weird things (GLITCHING, PRETTY MUCH). Lily is an inhabitant of the VDR. Essentially it's jamjar, but given the circumstances of the XI world, Lily doesn't think it's too weird and isn't that bothered by it also because Gumi arrived with her EEEE
