I was reading a Science Daily article this morning about the increase in kidneystone diagnosis frequency in young children and how they're projected to afflict more people in the future. Wow. That's interesting! I know lemonade is recommended as a preventative measure, so I guess it's logical that drinks with citrus would be in that same family, though not as helpful.

Why did it have to be blueberries, I love those and strawberries chopped and tossed in a bowl. Add some plain yogurt and some granola..yum.

I find it hard to believe that blueberries can give you kidney stones after only a couple of weeks of eating them. 6 months to a year of chowing down, maybe.
