A good chest freezer is pretty high on my list of "things I want when budget allows." I really like being able to buy a big mess of something on sale and/or in season, then just sit down once to do the prep; it's also nice to have a stock of almost-ready "this is actually actual food" on hand.

I regard it with suspicion. Eventually, I will need to figure out what to do with it.

We now have a Costco membership, so the bulk buying is definitely a good idea. I will have to start thinking about the preprep thing--I can see how that could be an amazing time-saver, done properly.
I am suspicious of the idea that Jag would ever taste like ambrosia. I may try this later.

And while this may be dangerous to share with Phil, advil is totally fine on the liver...ibuprofen is processed through the kidneys, not the liver. It's tylenol that you can't have while drinking.
Advil is relatively ok and having that and a beer in your system at the same time is not going to hurt things. I'm not sure I'd go on a bender but a beer is just fine.
(take this advice from the girl who regularly goes through 1000-2000mg a day of ibuprofen, and who has spoken with multiple doctors and confirmed this. I would never ever try this same trick with vicodin or tylenol, but ipruprofen? pfft.)

Particularly at the moment, when I have maxed out on ibuprofen and am killing my brain with vicodin and cyclobenzaprine. Downside is that I'm not getting anything done tonight. Upside is that my back isn't bugging me right now. And that I'm a little too out of it to wonder what this drug cocktail is doing to *my* kidneys. :D
