(Oh, and Mom says, "I read your friends/readers comments on your blog and am grateful for their interest and support." She is getting treated with Taxitol on Monday, which I believe is the second-round treatment. I think one of the deciding factors was being able to start treatment immediately instead of delaying it for a week

Luke adores your mom! When we saw her at the Wed night meal at church last week he said, "Mommy look! Der Cookie! I go talk to her, Mommy? Please! Please!" while pointing at your mom and jumping up and down excitedly! When I saw the post about her treatment choices I talked to Luke and told him that your mom was very sick and he was very concerned so we prayed to Jesus together that the medicine would make her better soon. He was very sweet about it all and squished his eyes shut as tightly as he could.

Anyway, we are praying that this new treatment works better and that she catches a break with the side effects and doesn't feel too icky.

Options are good, no matter how much of a pain they appear to be. Those are pains you want.
