Guess who bought tickets to The Hunger Games: Catching Fire this Thursday? We did! I am so excited to see this movie. Aside from a certain lack of visual grittiness I thought the first film really captured the spirit of the book, and Jennifer Lawrence brings so much life to her character that I just know it's going to be great.

I dyed my hair again on Thursday. Same color, just touched up the roots. I realized that we were going to Arjen's parents today and there was no way that I could face them with my roots showing--there's no way his mother wouldn't judge me for it.

I am a train wreck happening in slow motion.
Besides that, life has been pretty nice lately. Arjen and I are becoming ever more social, it seems. Yesterday we spent the day in Rotterdam, browsing the big Selexyz bookstore there and Mediamarjt. I am a crazy mess of insecurity and emotion. Honestly I have no idea how Arjen can deal with me--I am disgusted with myself most of the time. As if there's the me that does all the stupid stuff and has all the weaknesses, and another me who is above it all and only sorry that that me isn't in control.

I'm back in Nijmegen with my baby! Feels good. We are just too addicted to each other. And I mean that in the best way possible! :)
