Sadly, it's Gilliam, this seems par the course for him.

He really should just give up on Don Quixote, hes just not meant to do this one.

It's sad, because I really want it to be real, but I don't think that Helena Bonham Carter quote is real. I Googled it and all I get is tumblrs and blogs. No one gives a source.

Yeah, I find it hard to believe that someone would be that big a Tim Burton fan and not immediately recognize her.

I first saw that quote in the big huge "The Art of Tim Burton" that came out last year.

Martin Freeman is an excellent actor. He's great with comedy and great with drama. His latest turn as Dr Watson in the new BBC series, Sherlock, is fantastic, perfectly blending sharp wit and quieter dramatic moments. He was on my very short wishlist for Bilbo. (The only other actor on it was James McAvoy.)

Watching Sherlock just for Moffat's involvement is a perfectly sound reason and totally justified. Luckily, we have the added bonus of Freeman as Watson, as I mentioned earlier, and Benedict Cumberbatch (gotta love those British names!) as Holmes. You are in for a TREAT, my dear. Enjoy!

Meh, I can't get too mad about Don Quixote, as Terry Gillam will most likely just hijack another Vanity Fair interview to bitch about it.

ONTD goes to the VMAS. Officially. On the red carpet. God help us all.

WOOHOO. Finally, a reason to actually watch the VMAs.

have you seen this twlight link (you probably have, but oh well) it which the screenwriter for twlight says the Breaking Dawn birth scene will be as "intense" in the movie as it is in the book?

It might have made me giggle in glee.
