Haven't done one of these in a while.

Anyway, the short story: an unexcpected hour of free time behind an ancient computer with only MS Paint. A doodle that didn't want to stay a doodle. Later at home, the background added, and her eye touched up in PS. As always, mouse only.

It's quite a cool style actually, and hey, you did it in paint. I am seriously impressed.

And I though that I was the only one who thinks about symbols while drawing. You were spot on with your interpretations. And there was also the cat's eye for intelligence and survival. :p

Wow, I like it! I don't know how different a style it is for you, but it's different for me to look at. That eye - I can't get over the eye. It's like she could be someone so different, but chooses not to be. Whether because it's easier for her to remain 'narcissistic' because it's natural, or because it's a calculated manouver, I can't quite decide. She can't quite hide what's showing through that eye, though.
The hair seems carefully arranged (Veronica Lake-ish), prim with a touch of don't-you-wish-you-could-touch-it, yet the way her collar is buttoned all the way up speaks of frigidity. Her chiseled jaw and pursed mouth are just fabulous. My goodness.
