Haven't done one of these in a while.
Anyway, the short story: an unexcpected hour of free time behind an ancient computer with only MS Paint. A doodle that didn't want to stay a doodle. Later at home, the background added, and her eye touched up in PS. As always, mouse only.

A/N: This doesn't look like something of mine at all. Entirely different style. But I couldn't help but finish it after I had started.
