I just saw, to my great joy, that the city of Lufkin has just purchased a downtown movie theater for the purpose of renovating it and restoring it to its original (or nearly so) glory

It looks like a nifty little retro-theatre.

I hope they can restore it to it's former glory and that attendee's start to show up again for indy films and other fun events.
