Baby banoffee pies

I am back just in time to revel in and wax poetic about pumpkin season! This entry is not quite so much of a surprise, is it? ;)

Here's the latest pumpkin dessert recipe i found on the web. It's a combination of two of my favorite desserts -- pumpkin anything and banoffee pie! How can you go wrong ( Read more... )

banoffee pie is so yummy! i'd never tried it before i made it myself... lol. i'm a huge caramel lover though so i knew i'd like it. :D

There's a quaint little restaurant in Manila called Banapple and they make the best Banofee pies ever! If you ever come here, I'll buy you a slice!! :D

Mmm, cute and delish! I indulged in some pumpkin spice homemade (not by me) marshmallows the other day, so yum!

I just ate them plain as day on their own - they're cut into big cubes. Yum! Although the hot cocoa bit sounds like a plan...

Ooh, I remember making banoffee pies, before they invented the pre-made caramel. You used to have to boil a tin of sweetened condensed milk for hours.... and hope it didn't explode. It was in one of my grans CWA cookbooks as "The worlds most dangerous dessert"

yes, that's how i made my banoffee pie last time!! i heard the key to the cans not exploding is to make sure they are covered with water the whole time. scaryyyyy O_O
