I day dream all the time too. Not just about getting "the call" but I go beyond that. Sometimes I wonder (mostly when I'm sitting in meetings or conferences) I think about what I would say if I got asked to speak about my writing once I was published. hehehehe! Talk about getting ahead of myself.
I think daydreaming is part of being a writer. That's what helps to fill our heads with stories and reach beyond ourselves. We're always wondering "what if. . . ."

I will daydream on purpose to find a story idea-that's fun, huh?-but this utter lack of focus is kickin' my booty. It is like spring fever...in January! ;)
