Out of Town
Headed for the Great Outdoors for a few days, roughing it with some people I barely know, six hundred miles from home. Details when I return.
They're short-handed in the lab just now, with one man out with knee surgery and another on maternity leave, but that's the beauty of reserving vacation time well in advance! -

Pennies, pictures, and plans
Strange change lately. A couple of weeks ago I found two 1959 cents in change in one day, and last Wednesday I found a 1928s, which is the same date and mint as the first old one I got back in fourth grade. I have not posted anything in awhile so here are a few shorts to clue you in on how the past four weeks have been.

Electronics
The computer conked out about four weeks ago, and has been replaced with a younger, faster model. 'Bout time, too.
The TV fired a spark and died, and has not been replaced. I haven't got cable nor satellite, and watch Hulu so, no big deal.
What's next, the toaster?
