Only about 4 hours to go til the Super Bowl kicks off!  I tell ya, you can't go anywhere and not see Black and Gold.  It really gets ya in the spirit.  One of the Radio stations here (105.9 FM) has refused to play any bands from Seattle.  Joe's mom, Joe and I went to Kings (a local chain restaurant) and they were selling brownies with little frowns

Hehe, some of that sounds familiar. Last year at this time, in my area, everyone was goin' hog wild. Seeing as how I only live about 1 1/2 hours away from Philly (most of the basic channels are news stations from Philly), all I ever heard about on local news was "Eagles this" and "Eagles that".
