Writer's Block: The happiest movies on earth
"The Emperor's new Groove" a.k.a (in Dutch) "Keizer Cusco"
It has an absolute magnificent storyline and text, both in the original English as wel as in the Dutch translation. Add to this the usual perfect Disney-animation and you get what I think is the best Disney movie ever.
