After reading The Chocolate Connoiseur. I have been obsessed with finding a Chocolate Tasting Club. I found this amazing sounding one but it is available to UK only. By the way, check out Hotel Chocolat's tasty treats! It looks like they are opening a US store this Fall so my prayers may be answered. Have any of you heard of a stateside or Seattle

I will make a trek out there then.
I know in Port Townsend there are chocolate tastings at Elevated. (My Mother told me about going to one I think....) As for a proper chocolate tasting club I haven't really run across anything. It sounds like you ought to start one.
I know I would join.
