After reading The Chocolate Connoiseur. I have been obsessed with finding a Chocolate Tasting Club. I found this amazing sounding one but it is available to UK only. By the way, check out Hotel Chocolat's tasty treats! It looks like they are opening a US store this Fall so my prayers may be answered. Have any of you heard of a stateside or Seattle based chocolate tasting club? I am not talking about waxy Hershey or sickly truffles :(
Gennie: I tried Trophy cupcakes for the first time last week. The one I tried was delicious. The frosting does taste chemically(is that a word?) unlike Cupcake Royale's Frosting. Unfortunately, my friend's Rat Terrier jumped onto our countertops and ate the other cupcakes while the boys were playing XBOX so I did not get to try all the flavors. The store is super cute and worth a visit.
