Ride and Glide!

I just got home from an hour-long group session with my favorite trainer! It was me and 2 other girls. The class was called "Ride and Glide" and involved using the stationary bike and then the glider machine thingy that I am sure has a technical name. It was a pretty hard class, but fun! That class sounds like fun! I think you are so much braver than I am branching out and taking all these different classes! Very cool!

You will not fail at Sacfit - I promise - I won't let you for that matter! You will feel so awesome crossing that finish line at the end of your first Half Marathon and it will be so cool to be there to see you do it!

Oh and hey - I would love to have that recipe!

It was a fun class! I always sign up not knowing what class I am signing up for, and I am always pleasantly surprised! You should try a session sometime at your gym, they are totally fun!

Thanks for the encouragement about SacFit. I know it will make me feel great accomplishing a goal, but I guess I am not sure if that's a goal I even have...I never thought in a million years that I was a runner. Even a jogger. I am not sure if I will enjoy it like you do. Plus, my knees are bad and I am afraid of that too. I just need to weigh my pros and cons and think about it seriously for a day, cause I am making a decision by the 1st!
