Walter had driven over to the address he was given and looks the place over. Sitting in his seat he sighs a bit with the window rolled down and finishes the cigarette in his mouth.

Stepping out he grabs a paper bag in the back that was something he aquired through . . . other means, it was a bottle of fine brandy.

Walking up to the apartment, Walter knocked and while waiting put another cigarette in his mouth and did not light it, just kept it there.

Zack got up off the couch to answer the door. He pulled it open and grinned. "Hi! Walter, right? I'm Zack, this is my hippie cousin's apartment." He stood back from the door, letting the other boy in. "Nobody else is here yet, but I'm sure that will change. You want a drink or something?"

He walked over to the window and opened it, switching on the floor fan that sat there for the times when Elliot didn't feel like locking himself in the bathroom to smoke. It would hopefully clear any smoke out of the room. Even tough Elliot had said only to smoke in the bathroom... Ah well, if it started smelling too bad he'd tell the smokers to go outside.

"Hi Zack, thanks again."

Walter walked in and looked about the place. It was a new sight for him but he took it all in and did not mind at all. He watched Zack walk off and tell him about other guests and as he heard drink he set the paper bag down and pulled out the fine brandy he brought with him.

"I brought this with me, its a bit strong for my taste but I do not mind having some of it with others. That is if your ok with it?"

He watched Zack turn on the fan and notice the window open and put that together with the cigarette he had in his mouth at the time. He pulled it out and put it above his ear and smiled.

"Thank you again for having me over."

It haden't taken 2D log to shuffel over to Zack's place. He haden't rsvp-ed, or even commented to this post. Tonight 2D really just needed to get out of the house.
So polishing off the bowl in his pipe, he donned his jacket and headed out into the cold.

HE saw The shining black car left a familiar figoure out in front of the building, but 2d Was still to far down the block to yell. So instead he kept walking, kicking the snow that gathered on the side walks.

By the time he reached teh apartment door Walter was already inside, so 2D pushed the door open, letting himself in.
Surely, if anyone just walked into his house, he was surely going to do it at other people's houses, espcially when there was an open invite to a party like this.

"Um...'ello?"

Sena felt awkward already as he stood in front of Zack's door. He wasn't use to being invited to parties with other people..unless you counted birthday parties that Mamori had..
He swallowed loudly as he tentively knocked on the door and fidgeted his hands together, glancing every place other than the door.

Ever since her little winter solstice thing had bombed, Kallen had been kind of soured to the idea of parties. They were nothing more than teenagers listening to shitty music and getting hammered enough to make out ( ... )

Zack pulled the door open and grinned. "Hey there, kiddo, glad you could make it. You too, Kallen." He let them both in and gestured around the apartment. "Make yourself comfortable, have a drink, whatever. Kal, my cousin's a veggie-eater too so there's a kitchen full of stuff you can eat."

He heard another knock on the door and laughed. "I should put a sign on the door."

There was the faint sound of an acoustic guitar being played behind the door, then eventually a knock came that sounded like the individual was using his foot to knock on the door.

Basara began singing a slow song before the door even opened. It was a party...music was needed after all. What better music than his song?

This time, Zack grabbed a piece of paper and a marker from the table beside the phone and scribbled a note in large, sloppy letters.

If the house is a-rockin', don't bother knockin'

He opened the door and spotted the guitar as he taped the sign up on the door. "Awesome, man. Now we've got music. I'm Zack, come on in."

Basara only gave a nod as he walked into the room, still playing and singing "My Soul for You" as he walked.

He immediately walked to a nice corner that the sound would carry well from, sat down on the ground and continued playing as people began to show up and mingle around.

Basara wasn't really into partying too much...he just wanted everyone to hear his song.

Hiruma wasn't much of a party person, he would rather be at home gathering new info for reference or coming up with strategies for the upcoming football season. It may have been months away but what was the harm in preparing early? But this was his team mate's party and what sort of morale builder would a captain be if he didn't show up? And he thought that way then he was pretty certain that another charming personality would attend as well ( ... )

Zack was in the middle of showing Kallen to the kitchen when he heard the call, and immediately took two, three steps across the living room, reached out and felt the can smack into his hand. He brought it in and turned around to spot Hiruma across the room.

"Good to see you, Cap!" he said, transferring the soda to his other hand and shaking out his right hand. A soda can was a lot harder than a football. "And thanks!"

Vegeta noticed the message about a party. Not doing anything, other than exercise for so long, his body was tired. He didnt want to stay home. It was the home Frieza had arranged for him. Any excuse not to be there was a good excuse.

He couldnt stand it.

Besides, he had to let his presence be known. If he ducked out at every opportunity to meet up with other athletes, how would he get far in the athletic department. Sports required teamwork. Teamwork implied making friends. Driving over he let out an aggravated growl. He had to associate himself with these people... how annoying.

Vegeta got off his motorcycle and approached the party. He hadnt formally met this 'Zack Fair'... who he had found out was part of the football team. He made enemies in the red headed woman... and rivals with Hiruma. He wasnt going to make this keep him from joining the team when the season rolled around.

He had to be civil.

Zack saw the new kid walk in and walked over to say hi. Just because the kid had made kind of a jackass out of himself online didn't necessarily make him a bad person. Maybe the kid just had a bad day, or maybe Kallen had really gotten under his skin - she seemed to kind of have a talent for it.

And besides, as long as the kid didn't start anything, he wouldn't have to throw him out. "Hey," he said, offering his hand. "I'm Zack Fair. You're the new kid, right?"

Vegeta, reluctantly, hiding an inward cringe, took Zack's hand and shook it. He grinned just slightly... the only way his face allowed him to. "Thats right. Vegeta." He let go of the older, much taller student's hand, holding back naming the rest of his title. It seemed titles didnt matter in a place like this.

God, why did he hate this socializing thing so much? Mostly... it was because he was a loner most of his life. After his father's death, he was accompanied by Nappa, a guard that shared lineage with the ancient Saijan clan... but... that was hardly a friendship. Vegeta didnt have friends, save for sparring partners back home, and he was fine with that. He had money and power... but Frieza had placed him in a position where money and power didnt matter. What the bloody hell was wrong with these kids at Clairbourn?

"Good to meet you. Heard you went out for the team. It's a good team, we've got great people on it. I played receiver this year, too bad I'm graduating." He grinned, trying to put the other kid at ease. He looked a little uncomfortable - well hey, maybe he was shy.

"You want something to drink? Captain brought soda, or if you want something stronger there's brandy on the table."

((OOC: Asldr;iesufd wrong account, I hate it when I do that))
