With time, apparently you can heal.

I'm finding I am learning to feel again. After so long repressing all of it, I can feel. But that means also all the pain can rise to the surface.

I need to figure out how to navigate this again as at present I feel things so intensely. Joy, love, kinship, pain.

All manifested physically for me.

Well it’s been a long time since I posted anything.

A little bit of joy and a lot of pain.

Things that may eventually break me.

I have little support, some through my own doing admittedly.

I have been hurt so can’t trust anymore.

I give of myself (too much) and expect people to return it, but rarely that happens.
