Today, I woke up bright and early at 5:45am and I didnt even hit snooze :o) I wanted to get there early because I didnt have a chance to pick up my packet and bib number the day before. I drove to South Austin to what seemed like a fairly new shopping plaza and got great parking because I was there so early. Coco was rearing to get out and explore

My dog, a beagle, would have kicked my ass on that run...the 5k that Im doing on the 31st is actually for a dog shelter, they have a 1 mile dog walk but no run for the puppies

With all this hot and humid talk, you are really getting me excited to go to Texas uggh!! Not looking forward to sweating every moment I step outside haha

For the past 2 weeks, it's been humid, but this past week has been HOT! Like upper 90's! I feel like I'm in Hawaii sometimes...
