I'm of the impression that our big plot was fun for all involved. This makes me happy. Player characters were killed.. there was strife. Good times.. good times.

And it's not OVER!! HAHAHAHA.

So a person begged me to take part in a game. Then they insisted I go to great lengths learning the game world, coming up with a character background, etc. THEN.. they asked me to write up all this stuff ON the character, like motivations, goals, fears, interests, sound of her VOICE.. so finally I got frustrated. Went to the beach this morning with Laurie and the babeh. It was fun, though Deliah has this strange resistance to standing in sand. It makes it difficult to do things when she refuses to WALK anywhere on a BEACH.

We picked out and ordered wedding bands today. It was surprisingly simple because I just wanted something really thin, and he just wanted a normal band since he won't really wear it all that much anyway. He can't because of his work, it's a safety hazard.

Watched Nausicaa of the Valley of the Winds last night. It's an older Miyazaki film. Except for the scary synthesized music at a few parts the movie was pretty cool!

I forgot to put up a happy thought yesterday, cause I was really busy. BUT.. I did have an awesomely fun RP scene in Sinari, so that rocked.

Okay, so I was fooling around with Picasa because it's just fun to play with, and I decided to click the "Blog This" button and see what would happen. Turns out you can use Blogger directly linked WITH Picasa to post photos. So, I was all "that's cool!" and set up a blog for myself to see what all I could do with it. I have not given up on my free Wii. I'm entering what is around round 8 in communications with them. I had to send in the redemption form twice because the first one never got there, and now they told me the form is being reviewed. I don't know if that means that it's being processed, or they're checking up on it. If I'm lucky I might get the thing ( Read more... )
