Angel(us)/Darla are totally my OTP. Okay, Angel/Spike is too. But. there is not enough Angel/Darla stuff out there for me. I want Angel/Darla s2 fic SO BADLY and it pretty much never really existed.

p.s. J2 fandom: Get over it. You are not the first fandom to embrace RPS. Jossverse did it. Hell, QaF did it and it was a way of life in that fandom, no drama, no wank, no self importance. Plus, one of our stars is actually out in RL and the leads totally had on-screen nekkid time together and kissed hello and good-bye off-screen so there!

This made me giggle. Obviously, I'm over on the bandom side of things these days, which is a whole different ball game, but I remember Gale/Randy in my QaF days and yeah, it just . . . wasn't a deal. (I mean, it was with the tinhats because QaF was buckets of crazy in so many ways, but there was a startling lack of RPF related angst and/or wank).

I've been working on this thing about AtS s2 for awhile (222 reasons why I love season 2), because my friend says it's her least favorite season, but it's my absolute favorite. And I realized that Angel/Darla's relationship throughout the season is a big part of my love for it. I think we in fandom really did Darla a disservice.

I don't know, every time I see someone in J2 freak out, I'm like, 'Um... Gale/Randy=OTPOMG, whatever your faces.' Then I shake my cane and kick people off my lawn.
