Ok, so if you don't pay rent, anything you have that requires power stops working, right? What if you don't have stuff that requires power?

I'm not entirely sure, but I think you just can't get into your base at all to begin with if you don't pay your rent.

There is a grace period where you can still get in the base. Lord Recluse

if I recall...first you lose power...then after that a while you lose access totally :P

Ah dammit. I have a group I've envisioned as sort of misfit troublemakers and would have liked to push the squatter feel of the location that I picked for them with a base that I was essentially also a squatter at. Oh well, guess I'll just stick to my map location then...

Actually all that happens is that when you enter the base, you'll find the lights out and ecah room holding a large group of level 50 Devouring Earth all chanting, Pay your rent...paye your rent..."
