So, the new teleporter room for startup SG's isn't big enough to put either tech or arcane teleporter in. Am I doing something wrong or is the joke on me?

Where do you get the pattern from the workbenches for both the inspiration device and the upgraded medical stuff? I've plopped down the three tables and saw no reference to it. Is it SG badge item?

Anyone know what percentage of your base value and percentage of your unspent Prestige is charged for base rent? 3%? 10%? 95%? Both the game manual and the new folder guides (for both games) continue to only refer to this unknown percentage. It'd probably be helpful to know it...
