I think it's safe to say that if Cissi didn't cause the Avaticans any trouble while imprisoned after the raid, she'd be allowed to venture into the City. She'll just be closely monitored via collar spying, that's all.

Leon, on the other hand, is the Tin Soldier from a tale called "The Steadfast Tin Soldier", although it doesn't matter, perse, who the "ballerina" is.

Vincent took some thinking, but in this case, I went for a "villain" of sorts, which is to say, he'll be playing the part of Corvetto from one of my favorite Italian folk lores titled "Corvetto". He's only a villain in the sense that whatever the King he served asked of him, he accomplished (and it uh... kind of involved slaying an ogre, his wife, and his friends 8D).

Said "King" (or Queen, or whathaveyou) also can be anyone, if anyone is interested.
