Oh, I hadn't realized I left this open. Though to answer your question, that is correct. It is a charity concert in order to help the city build up resources for the slums area to make it a much better place for living.

It is a special type of concert to raise money for a cause. In my case, it is a musical concert so I may in return give all of the money I raise to the people of Solace so their homes in the slums are much more adequate for living in.
