Today while working at Riverside Liquors I got to bare witness to the most interesting of sights I have ever seen in person

I have seen this phenomenon! But it was with a guy in a souped up 50s car going to a car show. I think the mannequin was his prop, or something, but it was creepy. She was in the back seat.
