i love shoes and books

every time i buy a pair of shoes, i wear them to death. then i get them fixed at least four times because it's hard for me to find shoes i like. it's about time for me to let go of my fabulous black, pointy flats i bought for 75% off at bloomingdale's; they're about four years old. all i can find are ballet flats with the rounded toes, which is

aren't pointy flats uncomfortable? i have two pairs and can't really wear them for more than an hour, lol. but then again i have problems finding comfy shoes. have you already tried looking through zappos, endless, nordstrom, etc?

thanks for the book rec! i've tried reading a few books written by asian-american women and hadn't been impressed either, so i'll have to check this one out. :)

they're uncomfortable until you break them in. the pair i had forever took about two weeks to get comfortable, but after that, they were great. i've looked through zappos, but not endless and nordstrom. i'll check those out - thanks!

ah i'm a total wuss when it comes to foot pain so if it takes more than 2x to break a pair of shoes in, i just don't wear them anymore. hahha! hope you can find some you like though!
