I'm trying to get my training up and going again, without going to the gym on Friskis & Svettis. :) So doing some regular situps etc. and I hope for the cold to disappear completely and I'll see if I can drag myself out for some running. The opposition yesterday went fine. I got a bit of tricky questions about what other suggestions for further research and if the tables in my essay stated percent (which I clearly had written that they didn't, but average use per character). Since my headache hasn't disappeared completely, even though the what I thought probably reason now is finished for this month, I suspect it prevails because of too much sitting still infront of the computer. So... a timer set to ring each hour will help me to get up and move around, jump, stretch movements etc. I will also try to do my walk today ( Read more... )
