I'm trying to get my training up and going again, without going to the gym on
Friskis & Svettis. :) So doing some regular situps etc. and I hope for the cold to disappear completely and I'll see if I can drag myself out for some running. I really dislike talking walks, but of course also those are a good alternative. Especially if I have some company, makes it so much easier!
I've been using this lovely page called
Funbeat for quite a while and I must say that it works wonderfully. I can really keep track on my training and note the downperiods of no training too. ;) Anyone interested in joining me there? Would be fun to have some more friends there.
