Hooo boy, that sounds like a ripe one. Too bad, too, because I'm on a roll. I recently read Jenna Miscavige Hill's Beyond Belief (my review there!) and now I'm finishing up Going Clear: Scientology, Hollywood, & the Prison of Belief. Utterly fascinating.

PTA is such a hit-or-miss director for me. Sounds like this would likely be a miss, despite the promising subject matter. Bummer.

Yeah, hate burst bubbles, trust me we were as psyched as ANYONE about a film hating on "science"-tology. The name alone makes me want to throw up, as a believer in science above all. It's like calling the Big Mac the Diet Burger ( ... )

It was def so bad! I was also so excited to see it,not only cause of what it was suppose to be about but who was in it. And I was disappointed! :[

SOOO glad it wasn't just us...

Phoenix, Hoffman, and Adams were great..and Hubberd is a douche'...I SCI-FI writer that is now considered a god and coming with the mother-ship. This should have been a slam-dunk.
