awwwwww! Very lovely. The aging of the boys was great--the changes in their behavior and their concerns seemed just right. I loved the transition from 1 to 2 about the nightmares. Each section could have stood on its own, but they came together to make a whole that seemed so much more than the number of words. And lovely, lovely ending!

This is dear. And with so many layers. Not just the top story of the relationship that develops between Sirius and Remus, but all sorts of little canon bits woven in that give it texture - Sirius struggling with his family, the intensity of the friendship between the four of them to manage complex magic, the evolution of the Marauders, of Remus' struggle to believe he's worthy as he is, etc. So many delicious layers.
