1) Garlic seasoning/powder. :D 2) I do, actually! I make this really awesome macaroni and cheese with marinara sauce (and sometimes beef). I've never had anyone not like it, haha. 3) My mum's lasagna. 4) Just Baking Bites. 5) I made the aforementioned mac and cheese with beef a few nights ago, and my aunt hasn't stopped raving about it yet. :D It was amazing. 6) I love cooking for people. I really, really do. :D I usually make my mac and cheese - I'm a one-trick pony, and it's so easy. 7) Oh, both, many times. I once filled the apartment with smoke making hamburgers. I cut my finger open cutting a roll. They don't call me "kitchen disaster" for nothing. :P As for hilarity, any time I'm cooking for/with my BFF, Hakura, it gets pretty silly. We started chucking small shell pasta at each other once. xD Yes, we're in our twenties, lol. 8) I'm sorry, I don't really... I'm still learning to cook, kind of, myself. xD;
1). I always reach for basil. Dunno why. 2). Er, this weird breaded chicken cutlets thing. Also, rice. 3). I really don't know. 4). Kayotic Kitchen, when I remember to check it. 5). Um. Good question. Dinner Sunday night was really good? 6). Yes, but there's no particular recipe I OMG LOVE. 7). Yes, but someone ended up eating it anyway (?!), so that was all right. 8). Um, nothing I can think of off the top of my head. Chili is usually really good vegetarian, though, as is lentil soup.
Basil is AMAZING. I love it. And while it's got an amazing flavor, it doesn't always overwhelm every dish you put it in, unlike some others I could mention. *coughDILLandFENNELcough*
1) If making a dish that isn't desserty, what one spice/seasoning ingredient [aside from salt or pepper] do you always want to reach for, even if you don't necessarily use it? Are there any spices you DON'T like
