Optimus had been missing, and Prowl unconcious, when Ratchet showed up. No one was quite certain where he came from, only that he was quite obviously here now, and intending to stay. You know, I keep trying to write up a decent and well-thought out response to this, but then I re-read it and just start snickering. So here's my half-assed version. :D

I have this image of Prime getting up off the medberth, Ratchet whacking him, Prime trying again, Ratched telling him to get back down because he was in charge, Prime staring, saying "But..." and Ratchet coming back with another whack to the helm and a "Just who do you think you are, the fraggin' Prime? I said lay down!"

....and Prime just laying back down. :)

...and then telling him who he is AFTER Ratchet is done fixing him. Which would probably earn him another dent. ^.^
