Ha ha, since I added the most recent set of links earlier this month, I've been wanting to do a long friendslocked post about the various types of J/D fic, and which stories I like and don't like, and how I like them, etc., and what the ULTIMATE Jarean fic would be like and how sad it is that no one has yet written it. (It's true, not even I have written the way I really, really want to see the pairing go, because I can't figure out a way to make it totally work

So, I did edit in some little notes on links and a tiny favorites symbol. Because, uh, that is a good point, since honestly? I am superduper insanely glad that the first J/D fic I read other than my own was by someone who can actually write. I think I would have cried tears of blood had I clicked on some of the bad fic instead, and yes, I will admit, some of these stories really kinda suck. And some are not so good but I enjoy them anyway because I can't get enough of the idea. And some leave me incredibly unsatisfied because I read a billion words for a tiny, tiny drop of what I was looking for. And the roleplay fics listed here are both hot but also don't quite scratch my shipping itch. I'm not gonna tell you the suck ones here in public, but you can ask me somewhere else if you want. I think you can mostly tell the mostly off-topic ones from my summaries, yeah? Hopefully?

I see that la_folle_allure's journal has been deleted and her fics are gone, do you know if they are archived anywhere or someway I can read them?

:( She lost all her copies of them, and I don't have any copies, so unless some other person somewhere saved them... or maybe Googlecache, wayback machine? I should try to check.
