This afternoon, I went out to Tuggeranong Hyperdome Target, got myself and Libbie 18 speed dual suspension mountain bikes on sale. Pre-NY resolution: get fitter with said bikes. Second resolution: stick to resolutions.

Having watched Hot Fuzz before Shaun of the Dead, I much prefer Simon Pegg's second offering. Sure, they both had gore galore. Hot Fuzz felt better written and certainly was funny though and through. The plot twists were very well done and I for one am looking forward to the next Pegg and Frost movie. For now, I await 3D Beowulf :D

But it seems I should avoid teriyaki.
