Kudos to you! I'm finally at a point where I'm losing weight (although very slowly) and am at a point where I've changed my habits enough to sustain this way of eating in the long term. My problem now is controlling myself on the weekends. I still eat junk and drink on the weekends, and am still losing (although probably that's why it's going so slow). But every so often (like last weekend) I totally binge and then I'm back to the beginning of the previous week
