Kudos to you! I'm finally at a point where I'm losing weight (although very slowly) and am at a point where I've changed my habits enough to sustain this way of eating in the long term. My problem now is controlling myself on the weekends. I still eat junk and drink on the weekends, and am still losing (although probably that's why it's going so slow). But every so often (like last weekend) I totally binge and then I'm back to the beginning of the previous week.
We recently managed to get a recumbant bike, so I've been doing about an hour a day on that. It's great, I can either watch tv or play my ds while working on. That alternated with DDR. My social phobias are still lingering enough to keep me from going outside for a walk, and our weather has been horrendous.
Subway's pretty good, aren't they? I don't think a six inch veggie will set you back too much? I know here McDonald's and Burger king will give you a nutrition pamphlet with the calories - if you ask.
You're doing fantastic - I for one know exactly how hard weight loss can be. For me it took a total lifestyle change and it's been a struggle the whole way. You're doing great!!
