You've just brought about almost 5 minutes of me droooooooing again because I love this song so much and the performance is simple yet perfect and... omg... I should probably say something like I'm sorry you coudn't post anything Maru-related today´... but my mind is completely Kame-blank right now. And I was about to go to bed and now I'm sitting here watching the video and the next thing I will do will be watching another Kame's performance and then another one... O.o
First I wasn't sure about the lyrics you chose because I have another translation but then thanks to the original version I realized we love the same part of the song!!

I'm curious to know what translation you have. I saw a few translations where the phrasing was a bit different here and there but I have no idea which one would be the most accurate but I think the overall idea is still the same across translations.
I'm happy with my quote choice so I'm not too upset I didn't post anything Maru-related.
Do you happen to have the full scan of the icon? I looked at the NY shops at JOR but none of them seem to match up. I was thinking of using the pic for Kame's pic entry :)

I came across that translation too from the KAT-TUN Fever fan website. I like the wording that was used in this one since it seems to read more naturally but unfortunately the girl that did the translations didn't want her translations posted elsewhere so I didn't end up posting that one.

I've never noticed how beautiful the lyrics are! O_O I don't pay much attention to each and every song lyrics either but, when I like the song, I usually look for the translation. I'm surprised I didn't look for this one...
I generally don't even bother to look at the translation even for songs that I like a lot. I went through a lot of translations in preparation for this post and most songs tend to basically be sappy love songs which I really didn't want to post. Unforetunately, Maru's solos are all love songs so it made me a bit sad to not post anything of his but then again I'll be posting his solos for a later entry anyway.

The CTKT episode where Maru had to make Tom Cruise laugh has some good Engrish in it. Love the part where he yells out, "I'm the real Last Samurai!" I can't seem to find the video for this on YouTube though.
There's also Maru's cute "How are you doing" in that Jin concert vid or Ep. 24 of CTKT where Kame and Jin confess to Leah Dizon in english.
