Early last week we scheduled with Comcast for a technician to come out and install cable internet service at the house we're renting.

Holy crap! That's the worst install story I've heard yet.

That's lame. Makes me feel better about paying for land line service when we have VOIP, but need a land line for DSL.

That reminds me of my issues getting Hughes Satellite installed. What the fuck is up with ISP's these days? Anyways I hope Qwest proves a pleasant suprise.
