Her. Lust is female.

Depending on what point she's from will determine her nature, but I'm willing to bet it won't be the one that will be to our advantage.

She's pretty ruthless, cold, teasing, dangerous... but that was to be expected, I'm sure. She's got the same abilities the other homunculi have with regards regeneration, but she can also extend her fingers into long claws. She's fast, too. I don't want you to be in a situation where you're facing her alone, but if by some fluke you ever are that's her main ability and she'll most likely try to kill you on sight.

At the beginning of the end, however, her attitude changed. She wanted to become human and we did have a kind of trust going on. If she's at that stage it'll be great. But as I say, I doubt we'll be that lucky.
