Yes, those prawns looked awesome. :9 Perhaps you could switch from prawns to crayfish? I assume they can be found in that part of the country, since I've seen them in any temperature zone from the Colorado Rocky Mountains to California's central valley.

Unfortunately I know nothing about Ohio fishing spots. =/

My uncle lives in South Carolina on an ocean estuary and torments me with pictures of his fresh-caught prawns.

Crayfish might not be a bad substitute. I'm from southern Texas where they have an offical crawdad festival everyyear. So hot that when you suck the heads they suck back. Hooowee!

I would be willing to go with crayfish. Or even do a seafood mix with some shrimp and oysters and maybe a little crab meat. *starts to drool*
