A Little Bit Jealous

vanessafrida journal and admiring her prawn catching skills, I was very sad to find out she lives in Singapore where she caught these beauties and made such a lovely dish from them. Even more devastating is the fact that I am no longer in Texas (where the coast is like an hour drive) but inland where seafood has to be shipped, thus lacks a certain degree of flavor after being packed in ice and trucked over. I’m wondering if anyone out there knows of a good place in Central Ohio where you can so prawn fishing, or anywhere fishing for that matter. I miss good seafood.
