So I get my financial aid papers filled out and in on time. I get the e-mail back, saying they processed it and sent it to the school. Read the report, it says. The notes say 'based on reports from blah blah blah Student Loan place, you may have recieved all the loans your eligible for, and your access may be limited.'

Just getting back on track. The last couple of days just wiped me out completely, turned me upside down, and I'm beginning to right myself again. I haven't written much, but they've been calling for work - there's an inordinate amount of workshops this fall, and the poor sub service lady is going nuts. She called late last night, but I was asleep ( Read more... )

My Aunt is home from England, and she brought me bars of sweet, sweet Cadbury chocolate. AND some of the Italian Ameretti cookies I like so much. Today, of course, was the traditional trip to the bookstore.

So, what have I done so far this week?

- almost finished up the freelance job (but this series has been a joy compared to Pita-Ten; very easy to read and not hard to fix up)

- finished up my Power Point presentation for Friday's school visit. Added some sound effects and more pics and stuff.

Thank goodness that's over! May was so busy, so full of...stuff...that I'm still reeling from it all. But now, school is almost over, so the workshops have slowed, and I'll have many more days at home. I did sub yesterday, getting in a last shot at some extra cash before summer.
