This is "Don't Start a Band" by Reel Big Fish. I saw them in college -- can't remember the year, but probably '05 or '06 -- with two of my fellow trombonists in the pep band, Elyse and toddpage. Westbound Train, Suburban Legends, and Streetlight Manifesto also performed,
