And I understand, "I understand feeling as small and as insignificant as humanly possible," and I want to just drive over to your house and give you a huge hug (if only that weren't as sketchy as it sounds) Tonight, I hope you fall asleep to the sound of rain on your window and you dream of something delightful like a world where spontanious dance numbers are of the norm, and know that somewhere, someone is waiting for eyes as bright as yours for your smile, your laugh, your wit. Remember, your story's not over yet .. a new plot point is just around the corner :)

But people definately sympathize. Don't be in too much of a hurry to leave it all behind, because you may not realize you valued something or someone until you start missing them.
Yet still, college is as fresh a slate as you are likely to get. I hope you truly thrive.

I had a long talk with Chris Knell about it, and I realize that my eagerness to get out of here varies tremendously from day to day .. Its probably just a teenage thing. I'm sure when its actually time to leave I'll be freaking out .. in a semi-good way.
And the fresh slate thing .. I must say, its rather nerve-wracking .. but exciting too.
